of our goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for
any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return
it to Net1on1 within 14 days of placing your order and they will exchange
it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs
are non refundable). Our returns conditions are:
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health
and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within
14 days from the day you placed your order.
4.Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and
non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above
conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the
goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been
opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All products on this site are in stock. Our state of the art stock control system only allows orders if we are holding stock of that particular item.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within 2-5 working days of the date of your order. We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 1.30PM Monday to Friday, outside of these times we despatch goods the next working day. The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur due to Royal Mail postal difficulties. You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you

Our Secure Payment page is handled by Interpay and Metacharge two leading European payment gateways. Their secure server uses the highest level of security available. the website software and secure server that we use holds a digital certificate from Thawte that is compatible with most browsers. When you enter your details on the order form, your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used. Furthermore, all data stored on our secure order server is protected by a firewall. All credit card details are kept encrypted at all times and only used when processing the order.
Payment Details
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron, Cheque and Bank deposit. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Delivery address
There is no check between your credit card and your home address. The address that you enter must be the delivery address.
Confirming the Order

Order Confirmation
After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed. Once the payment for your order is confirmed your order will be packaged in a plain brown wrap and posted to you.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
Shipping
We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 1.30PM Monday to Friday, outside of these times we despatch goods the next working day. Once an Order Has Been Placed |
Your Cancellation Rights
It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on
00800-33006600 before they are invoiced and dispatched. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned for 48 hours in extremely busy periods, which may result in the order being dispatched.
You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: DVD recordings or personal items if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you.
You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team either by email at info@order-information.com or by telephoning 00800-33006600
quoting your order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any P&P costs.
If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 14 days of your order. Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product minus our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by phone or e-mail within 14 days of delivery.
Pricing Errors
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Seller Liability
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
